The Name of the Horse is our newest release. The title comes from a question our father asks concerning the name of his grandfather’s horse. Nobody knows. The best guess anyone could come up with was “Cheech”. The girl on the horse is our Grandma. On the CD, you’ll see that she did the text for the album credits. All together there are 9 songs, recorded over about 8 days in Summer of ‘06. We did it at the old RCA Studio B in NashvilleĆwith the ghost of Elvis! (He recorded there. So did Roy Orbison) Our friends Caleb Williams and Megan Sears did all the pre-production stuff (picking mics, room set-up, etc.) and also recorded the disc.
